The Case

Your group is not watching the mystery. They are inside it.

Year 3030. Meridian 9 hangs above the rings of Calypso IX, a chrome-and-neon monument to ambition, money, science, and the promise of a better future.

Then the station goes dark for seven seconds.

When power returns, founder Felix Arden is found dead inside a sealed observatory. No one entered. The station's records disagree about when he died. Guests swear they saw him alive after the blackout. And a priceless alien artifact has disappeared at exactly the wrong moment.

Seven Seconds at Meridian 9 is a live retro-futurist space-noir murder mystery built around an impossible timeline, competing crimes, manipulated systems, and a station full of people with reasons to lie.

Every player receives a private role on their phone with individual goals, secrets, relationships, and information. The host uses the MRDRInc. Control Room to guide the investigation through dramatic story phases, manage the advisory phase timer, release evidence strategically, message players, handle unexpected problems, and open the final reconstruction when the group is ready.

What the experience includes:

- A complete Year 3030 space-noir mystery
- Support for 8 to 12 players
- Easy, Standard, and Expert difficulty
- Distinct private character roles
- An impossible sealed-room death
- A second crime running alongside the murder
- Phased evidence and story-controlled clue releases
- Host Director Briefing covering the case's unusual mechanics
- Advisory phase timing and advance requirements
- Guest invitations and role assignment
- Private and group messaging
- Missing-player and early-solve guidance
- Final reconstruction and reveal
- Replayable access through My Cases

Expect roughly 105 minutes of play. The host controls the pace, so the story can breathe when the room is deep in a theory and move forward when the investigation stalls.

Seven seconds changed everything. The records know more than they should. Someone aboard Meridian 9 planned for both.
